Alistair is an English vampire with a misanthropic and a brooding personality. He counts Carlisle as his closest acquaintance, even if he doesn’t visit more than once a century. He ran away before the Volturi arrived to accuse the Cullens, despite his promise to act as a witness on their behalf, also because of his deep mistrust of all authority.His special power is about tracking ability, as he kind of feels a 'pull' towards the one he's someone's location and can 'feel' people around him (one of the reasons he fled is he felt the number of witnesses coming with the Volturi).
Charles special power is similar to that of Maggie: he can sense if someone is telling him the truth. Even if he knows the Cullens are telling the truth about Renesmee, he left soon after arriving with his mate,
Makenna, because they didn't want to take part in the process.
As far as I know, only Alistair of all the European Nomads will be portrayed; the actor who will play his role's Joe Anderson.
