A Canadian paparazzo is at the center of a hit-and-run investigation involving Kellan Lutz.
According to court documents, Lutz claims he was hit by a car while on the Montreal set of his film Immortals this summer, and the actor now fears for his safety.
Allegedly, neither the driver of the car nor its occupants stayed at the scene, and now police are trying to identify whether paparazzo Richard Fedyck was the driver.
In July, Montreal police filed a request for a copy of Fedyck’s driver’s license, in hopes of using the photo to either identify or eliminate him as a suspect in the reported hit-and-run.
Fedyck, when contacted by CBC News, admitted he witnessed the accident but denied being the driver. Fedyck also said he hadn’t yet been contacted by police. No charges have been filed.
